weather Garden price will still be charged s $100.00 per hour for additional hours s Building use with Garden Rental add $500.00 November through March Monday - Wednesday Evening $950.00 Thursday - Saturday Evening $1200.00 *December Events Monday-Wednesday $1200.00 Thursday-Saturday $1400.00 s Evening events are from the hours of 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm s Daytime events are from the hours of 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
(Any additional rental hours must be prior to 11am) s Rental includes 8 - 10 round tables, 3 six-foot tables, linens, & chairs s Kitchen counters may be used for holding purposes only. (Food Preparation is not allowed) s Set up and clean up time must be included in the rental hours. s $500.00 cleaning deposit in the form of a check or money order is required. Cleaning deposit will be refunded at the end of the event if hours and cleaning requirements are met by the Event Supervisor. If requirements are not met, , the difference will be refunded on the next business day. s Call for availability & Special Pricing for last minute Events
