Additonal Services   Mellor Hidden Meadows Reception Center & Gardens is one of Utah County’s exclusive Reception sites. For your convenience, we can assist you with all the details for your special day.  Our flexibility will allow  you to bring in your own cake, flowers, music & photographer if you wish.

		Cake Service We offer you the most beautiful, elegant, and unique range of cakes that not only look good, but taste good too. There is a $40 cake cutting fee in addition to the cake price to provide the following:           Delivery & Setup           Plates, Forks & Napkins           Server to cut & serve the cake           Boxing of the extra cake If you would like to bring in a cake from an outside source, there is a $60.00 cake fee.  This fee includes all that is listed above as well as ensuring that our staff is available when the cake is delivered.     Fresh Flower Service We offer a variety of new and traditional flower arrangements.  We can help you choose and create the perfect flower arrangements for your wedding.  Our florists are experienced.  We will help you with everything from boutonnieres to fresh floral centerpieces.   Guest Book/Wedding Books All Reception packages include a Heritage Maker membership account with one credit to design and create your own 8.5" x 11.5" or 8"x8" personalized hardcover, quality bound Guest Book.  The credit can also be used for a wedding book, or honeymoon book. Brides booking ceremonies, luncheons or dinners may also receive a Free Heritage Maker membership. Credits may also be purchased at our current special pricing for additional books.   Photography Photographers capture your unforgettable moments. We can recommend photographers who are familiar with our Gardens & Reception Center.     Music Music & Dancing may be enjoyed by your guests. You are welcome to bring your own DJ or band .  Recommendations are available upon request.   We also have a variety of music selections for you to choose from. CD's are included in your reception package.  Choose from the following selections:           Instrumental           Soft Hits           Dance Mix           Big band (Glen Miller type)           Cocktail Hour (Frank Sinatra type)           Country     Alcohol Service Alcohol is permitted on the premises under the strict adherence to the Utah Alcoholic Beverage Control Act ( U.C.A. 32A-4-401 et seq.)  A $500.00 alcohol fee will be charged.   A Licensed bartender is required. (License is to be submitted prior to the event)  Recommendations  for a bartending service are available upon request.
